2 More days to go! What a happy bunch of young people!!!! Post 1..INTERNATIONAL NIGHT.

Looking at the official pictures from the International Evening, I just got so happy. What a great new bunch of future glider pilots with their crews. Amazing!
A very happy night so to see.

Belgium,The Netherlands and the UK serve their favourite snacks and drinks. For the Netherlands the drink normally is orange bitter and you better do not drink too much of it.

The organizers wrote;
“Yesterday, after the task completion, it took place an international evening The competitors and their teams presented their national specialties It was also a time for integration and rest after a lot of competition and time spent in the air “

Indeed a “bunch of Nationalities as I see the French team with TC Eric, Phillip from SA, his crew from the USA and my granddaughter Indya from The Netherlands. Eric was “there” when I was young , my daughter Inge was young and now it is her daughter ,my granddaughter on the picture with Eric.

No clue who they all are, but for sure a few Nationalities.

I share some pictures for when you missed them.
First of all the Japanese “influence “from 1 pilot and his mum.
He was 3d on that day, so highly motivated to be happy.
In our time at Sportavia in Tocumwal, we had a lot of Japanese guests, all lovely people. I was even invited to visit them to see some airfield over there.
I still are in contact with a lot of them.

2 Dutch girls, Floor and Indya, both very good in PR,[interviews, videos, reels and pictures] in the Japanese kimono they got.

More international camaraderie on the next pictures with the Dutch girls and German, Polish, Czech, Japanese and more Polish young ones. A great set of happy pictures AND memories by Martn Levitzky.
